Max-Vacuum Return and Exchange Policy
Most people love their Dyson Vacuum if they have the right information to make sure it is the correct vacuum for them and they purchase the ideal model for their needs. Max-Vacuum experiences a return rate of less than 1% which means for the vast majority of our customers our return policy is of no real consequence except of how we handle the cost of returns from other customers.
Here are the restocking charges:
All orders 1-30 days after delivery: 0% Restocking Fee
All orders 30-60 days after delivery: 10% Restocking Fee
Refused deliveries: 20% Restocking Fee
If your vacuum is damaged or in the rare case it has a problem out of the box we will swap it out for you at no cost to you.
Please call us or email us to initiate the return process. All returns must be made within 30 days and we need everything that was sent to you back or we will have to charge for missing items. Please clean the brushbar and empty the clear bin before returning the vacuum as if it comes loose in shipment it will make quite a mess and we will have to charge a $99 cleaning fee on top of any other restocking charges.
Please note that if you received some free accessories and use them the cost of the accessories will be deducted from any return. Also during the holiday season, November 20th through December 20th, we will extend the return period from 60 to 90 days.
For exchanges you are responsible for the return shipping. We offer one exchange with no restocking charge for up to thirty days after the sale.
Every once and a while we receive back a product we did not sell. If the serial number does not match ours we will not issue a refund and you can have someone come by and pick up your vacuum.
