Shipping

Free ground shipping is offered to the 48 continuous states.  We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/AFO boxes but there is a $40 shipping fee and the item will ship with the US Postal Service.

Please note that once an order is shipped there is a $15 change of address fee, if you need to correct an address or change the location it is shipped to.

We offer signature required service for delivery at no charge.  If you are worried about your order being left unattended at your residence please select this service.  Once the item is delivered we are no longer responsible and any claim for loss will have to be between you and the delivery agent.

We ship most orders within one business day and almost every order ships in one to three business days.  In the event of a backorder we will notify you within 24 hours.  Website product availability is not dynamic. We do our best to keep everything in stock but due to the volume of orders we receive and the variance in inbound delivery transit times we may run out of stock before updating the website.  Please call or email to check about product availabiltiy if you need your order to ship quickly.  We do ship to PO, APO and FPO boxes but that may delay shipment by a few days. We do ship to alternate shipping addresses if the item is paid in full but we may require an additional day to verify all information.

Transit times will vary per order.  We ship from Savannah GA and deliveries to the west coast can take roughly 5 business days.  For estimated delivery times see the image below.

The above graphic is for UPS ground shipments only and is not a guarantee of delivery time.  Alaska, Hawaii and FPO/APO shipments are an additional $40 and ship via the post office.
